This class focuses on muscle isolation through slow, controlled movements and long stretches for muscle lengthening. With the lights down low and relaxing music, strength and stretch is an all level class that builds muscle while also allowing for stretching and relaxation. This class is a great way to unwind and get some movement into your day.
This is your well rounded class. All levels are welcome. The basic Reformer class can be modified and changed so that our beginner level clients feel comfortable and our intermediate clients still feel challenged. Our goal with this class is to prepare our beginner clients by teaching proper form and how to execute the movements properly on the machine so that they are ready to advance to the next level. But, don't be fooled, if you are more advanced and want to come to this class because it will still be a challenging workout!
Feeling like you need more of a challenge than a level 1 class, but you aren't feeling confident enough for an intermediate class? Are you wanting to improve your form and feel better prepared for more advanced work? Then this class is for you! This class is similar to a Reformer Foundation class, but works to improve balance and form by adding modified intermediate work as a stepping stone to the next level!
Get ready to sweat! This class is upbeat and focuses on cardio jumps on our reformer jump board and other cardio techniques. This class can incorporate cardio intervals as well as continuous low impact cardio. We like to switch it up so that you are never bored or plateau. Cardio reformer is a great way to incorporate cardio into your weekly routine!
This class is a low impact cardio session done entirely on the reformer jump board! with it's upbeat music and minimal rest periods, Jump Flow keeps you in that fat burning range and is guaranteed to work the entire body as well as the mind with it's coordination and dance inspired choreography!
This class is designed for clients who perform proper form and are ready to advance to more challenging movements on the reformer. We also add in more fun props such as the standing platform! We take the basic movements and incorporate more complex maneuvers that can challenge your balance and coordination. These movements are not only challenging but start to incorporate the mind body connection while working out! You will be pushed and leave feeling refreshed and accomplished.
Barre Bounce combines the best parts of Barre fitness and Bounce fitness into one medium intensity cardio and strengthening workout! This all levels class uses Jump Sport mini trampolines with attached bars, and is guaranteed to leave you feeling strong and energized.
Bounce is a high intensity cardio workout focusing on core stabilization and fun interval training on a Jump Sport mini trampoline. This is a full body workout that never has a dull moment and burns calories like crazy! Get ready to sweat and bounce to upbeat music!
Barre combines the best of Pilates, yoga, and ballet barre training. It practices isometric strengthening to keep us working "in the muscle" followed by targeted stretching to elongate the muscles after they have been worked. Through this practice, we improve posture and strength.
Get ready to push your workout to the next level with this bootcamp style circuit training class! This class combines weight training, resistance training, cardio, and endurance training. Using a wide array of equipment in intervals, such as kettlebells, battle ropes, resistance bands, and more, this class is suitable for anybody that is ready to up their workout game!
No tights, no leotards, no pressure (unless you would like to wear them!). Wear what makes you feel comfortable and learn the basics of ballet technique, principles, terminology, and choreography while getting a great workout. If you have always wanted to try ballet, or haven't done it in a long time and would like to return, this class is for ! Build strength, stability, and flexibility by learning traditional ballet method at any age!
While we do not offer pre/postnatal specific classes, all of our Reformer Foundation and Strength and Stretch classes are easily modified for expecting and new mothers! All of our instructors are ready and able to offer changes to your workout to adjust to your physical needs and keep you safe and comfortable.
