Bounce/Barre Bounce

What is Bounce?

Bounce is a 45 minute high intensity cardio workout that focuses on core stabilization and fun interval training on mini trampolines. This is a full body workout that never has a dull moment and burns calories like crazy. Get ready to sweat and bounce to upbeat music!

What is Barre Bounce?

Barre Bounce is a 45 minute high intensity, low impact full body cardio workout on a Jumpsport mini trampoline. This class incorporates principals of both Bounce and Barre fitness for the ultimate hybrid workout!

Why Bounce and Barre Bounce?

  • 10 minutes of jumping can burn as many calories as 30 minutes of jogging
  • One of the most effective ways to stimulate your lymphatic system
  • Low impact on your joints
  • Helps release endorphins to relieve stress and promote happiness
  • Increases oxygen circulation in your body making you more alert and improving mental performance
  • Strengthens your core + pelvic floor
  • improves posture, body alignment, balance, and proprioception
  • IT’S FUN. When something is fun, you’re more likely to do it consistently!

Things To Know Before You Bounce

  • Class size is limited to 10 people. Sign up online to reserve your trampoline.
  • Be considerate to other bouncers and mindful of our cancellation policy. If you are signed up for class but can’t attend, you MUST cancel your reservation by 9pm the day before otherwise a $15 cancellation fee will apply.
  • Bring a pair of grip socks to wear for class!
