Their dynamic design makes it fun to take the contemporary  approach to pilates and incorporate new innovative movements that traditional pilates machines can't perform.  Smooth transitions and seamless flow with easy adjustments and maximized comfort creates a unique workout experience. We specialize in Contemporary Pilates based off the original work of Joseph Pilates, with a modernized style to fit  the general population and all fitness backgrounds. The exercises remain the same but we  like to think outside the box! This style has more sequencing options, a variety of props, and a wide range of workouts so you never plateau!

We believe in more than just Pilates. We believe in constant change and new movements. Every class should be fun and unique. This is why we offer many styles of classes for all fitness backgrounds. Our group fitness classes include light weights, resistance bands, and cardio intervals.  Some classes focus specifically on cardio while others focus on weight and resistance training,   

The benefits of Pilates range from increased flexibility, muscle strength, endurance, developing a strong core, improving coordination and balance. It emphasizes spinal & pelvic alignment and improves posture! Pilates systems allows different exercises to be modified and  performed in a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced movements.

Pilates may be our focus, but it is not all we do here. as a contemporary studio, we believe in mixing up your fitness routine. While we offer cardio specific reformer classes, Bounce can bring you to the next level. Bounce fitness not only intensifies your cardio, it can greatly improve your core stability, coordination, and balance. Using the Jump Sport personal trampoline, this full body workout is great for people of all fitness levels and can be modified to accommodate your physical capabilities and needs.
